Booking Is Open For Private Events. Terms and Conditions Apply

Reservation Policy:

    2. All reservations are subject to availability.
    3. Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or in person.
    4. Reservations are applicable for a minimum of 10 people and above on Friday to Sunday
    5. For large group reservations, we may require a deposit or prepayment.

     

    • Reservation Cost:
    1. The cost for reservations is KES 2500 per person
    2. The reservation cost is redeemable* towards your total bill.
    3. The reservation cost is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.

     

    • Cigar Lounge Reservation
    1. The Cigar Lounge requires reservations for bottle service only.
    2. Reservations for the Cigar Lounge can be made in addition to regular dining reservations

Cancellation Policy:

  1. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  2. Failure to cancel within the specified time or a no-show may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.
  3. In case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your reservation.

Arrival Time:

  1. We kindly request that you arrive on time for your reservation. If you are running late, please inform us so that we can make arrangements accordingly.
  2. If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your reservation time and have not notified us, your table may be given to another guest.
